Şahin Tepesi Villas are is located in a high position on the ridges of Ilıca with a view. There are 4 villas in the project.

The villas settled on an inclined plane also have different elevations compared to each other. This situation shows the single-storey buildings dominated by white color from the outside as if they were parts of a complex. Thus, a unique approach emerges in the silhouette where it is differentiated and adds value.

When designing projects, a timeless design was made, combining modern and classic elements. In the villas where indoor and outdoor separation is eliminated from time to time, the pool and poolside and hall and terrace comes together as one.

Outside, different seating areas are considered according to different locations of the sun and there is also a covered terrace with wind protection.
